You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email us at info@ziggazazi.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days.

Shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
